You can save the medals you have earned by putting them in the "counter slot for each machine" located on the sandbar on the right side.
When you finish the game, press the "Return" button on the right hand side and the remaining money and accumulated medals will come out as a single card.
Exchange your cards with medals for prizes at the counter on the first floor.
Don't forget to pay off any remaining balance on your card using the payment machine.
